Your job is to create an achievement/knowledge test based on the content of chapters 1, 2, 14 and 16 in our textbook. Tests that differ in content will receive 0 points. The test will be composed of 5 multiple choice questions, a matching item question with 5 premises and 7 options, 5 completion items and 5 essay questions. The guidelines on how to write test questions provided in the book must be closely observed in order to get full credit. Format your work as if this were a test to be taken by a group of students. A set of instructions prior to listing each set of questions must be provided. A key with the answers to all multiple choice, matching and completion questions and a title page in APA style must also be included. Twenty points will be deducted if you fail to include the key. The title page must follow APA guidelines to create a student version of the title page (not the professional version).
